As President of Geisser Engineering Corporation for over 20 years, George has been actively involved in the expansion of the business.
George began working at Geisser Engineering Corp. in 1967 as a Soil Technician and Drillers Helper. He went on to become a Project Engineer in 1974 and held this position until 1988. In 1988 he became President of Geisser Engineering Corp. and remains so today.
In 1991, New England Foundation & Stabilization was established to address the issues of foundation settlement, stabilization, and other structural issues.
George received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Rhode Island in 1973. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Rhode Island and Massachusetts as well as a Registered Land Surveyor in Rhode Island.
George also possesses RI & MA Contractors Licenses, MA HIC License, RI Hoisting Operators License, & Atlas and A.B. Chance Certification.
Remaining active in the community, George has served as President of the East Providence Rotary and Board of Directors for the Newman YMCA. He has also served as the President and Vice-President of Wannamoisett Country Club. His professional affiliates include the ASCE and the Rhode Island Society of Professional Engineers.
George is married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
Through active involvement in the community and industry, George has been able to improve the position of Geisser Engineering, Allstate Drilling, and NEF&S as diversified entities.
