New England Foundation & Stabilization Co. is a specialized foundation underpinning, stabilization, and restoration company. Established in 1991, NEF&S is a division of Allstate Drilling, an affiliate company of Geisser Engineering Corporation. As an authorized contractor and installer of the leading Helical and Push Pier System Manufacturers, we provide superior service with a respected experienced staff and the full advantages of having engineering and geotechnical support from our affiliates.
Beginning as the first authorized Atlas Systems Contractor in New England, we grew to be the largest Atlas Contractor in our region, installing both Helical and Resistance Products and placed within the top 10 Atlas Dealers nationwide for over 8 consecutive years. At the beginning of 2005, a merger between Atlas Systems and A.B. Chance, two of the top steel mini-pile manufacturers, allowed us to expand our product breadth and gain certification for the additional product line. This opportunity also allowed us to join with an up-coming and fast growing manufacturer with superior product lines, Earth Contact Products. Our well established reputation with both local firms and clients, has provided us the ability to perform numerous projects throughout New England. From the islands off the Massachusetts coast to the northern suburbs of New York and Maine, we have continued to provide our clients with alternative solutions to typical foundation stabilization and restoration.

Whether residential or commercial, we can stabilize and lift sinking foundations, restoring the integrity of the foundation. We also can prevent settlement using these pier systems on projects where undermining of the foundation may occur, including but not limited to, new additions and environmental clean-up.
On new construction sites with poor soil material, we can install piles through the poor bearing strata to support the new structure, preventing the possibility of future settlement without the added cost of removing and replacing inadequate soils.
We also provide specialty services such as retaining wall and soil nail support systems.
Working in the Construction and Engineering field for over 40 years, George offers his staff and clients a foundation of experience. Since attaining the family business of Geisser Engineering, George has expanded the company in response to the growing needs of the New England Area. Through active involvement in the community and industry, George has been able to improve the position of Geisser Engineering, Allstate Drilling, and NEF&S as diversified entities.
With over 20 years of experience in the construction field, and 15 plus years as a NEF&S employee, John offers our team with a broad understanding of this specialized field. Starting as a foreman and laborer, John has excelled into project management and engineering design. His experience encapsulates all aspects of the project and allows us to serve our clients needs proficiently. He is married with 4 children and actively involved in local community sports.
Chris's experience in office and project management, as well as marketing, completes our teams strong and diverse management. He began working with the Geisser companies during his college education. His background varies from all aspects of the Engineering, Architecture and Design, which allows Chris the ability to relate professionally with a plethora of clientele. Chris is also active in the community at his local church and also enjoys water sports, tennis and volleyball.
Steve has over 20 years experience in the engineering field and is the senior structural engineer of Geisser Engineering. Steve has been involved since the initial founding of NEF&S, and currently provides designs and evaluations of sites, and buildings in need of stabilization.
With over 15 years of experience with NEF&S, Brian has excelled in product installation, training, and as the primary Project Foreman. Brian has been in construction for many years and offers our clientele a large degree of varied expertise. Brian is married with 2 children.
Ron has a worked with NEF&S for over 8 years. His experience in product installation, training, and crew leadership has excelled him to his position as a project foreman. Ron is dedicated to ensuring projects are done correctly and on time and is willing to take on any challenge. Ron is married with a son.
Shon is an experienced foreman/laborer with over 8 years at NEF&S. His prior experience stems from specialized concrete work. Shon is always looking for the best solution to any challenge that arises. He is married with 2 children.
With over 9 years experience at NEF&S, John is an experienced laborer with a firm construction background. He is committed to every project he works on and enjoys the challenges that come with each project. He is an avid biker, actually earning the nick-name GUZZI short for his MotoGuzzi motorcycle.
